Returns Policy
If you find your order unsatisfactory, please return the goods in its original, unused condition along with the packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will promptly issue a refund for the goods. Note that shipping costs for returns, including initial delivery, are not covered by us.

For exchanges, please place a new order through www.stringersports.com.au for swift dispatch of your replacement item. Once we receive your original goods, a refund will be issued. Note that shipping costs for exchanges, including initial delivery of your order, are not covered by us.

Faulty Products
If you encounter a reasonable fault with your item, please return it to our store for assessment by the manufacturer. Upon the manufacturer’s confirmation of a faulty product, we will process a refund by reversing your initial payment. The assessment typically takes 3 to 5 business days. In case of rejection, we will forward you a copy of the Rejection Letter from the manufacturer explaining their decision. Rejected goods may be shipped back to you at your expense. Please note that the manufacturer makes the final determination regarding the claim. Please include a copy of your order/receipt with your return for identification purposes. Note that shipping costs for faults, including initial delivery of your order, are not covered by us.

Please be aware that using running shoes for sports like netball, tennis, basketball etc. does not constitute valid grounds for a fault claim.
